Working on behalf of developer Bruntwood, P4 Planning secured full planning permission for a new purpose-built office development for local business, PortSwigger, at Booths Park, Knusford. P4 has worked on the wider regeneration of the 86ha former Booths Hall Estate since 2013 and the Portswigger plans will comprise more than 6,500 sq m of new build floorspace set across two storeys, allowing the cybersecurity specialist to relocate its entire operation to the new headquarters building.
