P4 successfully obtained full planning permission for 25 new homes in Radcliffe, Bury on behalf of TAG Ventures. The site, which is situated on the former Halls factory site on the banks of the River Irwell, provides a range of 2 – 3 bedroom, terraced and semi-detached houses for affordable rent. The site was a vacant, unusable site which will be transformed into an attractive new residential development.
Part of the site is located within the flood zone but benefits from the new flood defences that have been built along the Irwell. P4 liaised extensively with the Environment Agency to ensure that the properties would be adequately protected from flooding.
