Acting on behalf of WRT Ltd, P4 has submitted a full planning application for 78 new homes in the village of Diggle in Saddleworth. The application represents a £15million investment for the area, providing a choice of executive and family homes in keeping with the character of the village. The 3.24 ha site, which had previously been allocated for employment use but never been brought forward, has now been identified as a suitable site for residential development in Oldham Council’s Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment.
