P4 Planning has been appointed to the team developing The University of Liverpool’s 2026 estate strategy into a masterplan to guide £800m of investment.
Bill Davidson, Director of P4 Planning said, “We are pleased to be joining a team of the north west’s best creative and strategic minds to turn the university’s visions and aspirations into great spaces for research, development and employment.”
P4 Planning will be working with architects Feilden Clegg Bradley to advise on the most efficient use of the university’s central campus in Liverpool, including whether to demolish, refurbish or develop new-build facilities.
