P4 has provided planning advice and prepared the Planning Statement for a new affordable home scheme for The Guinness Partnership in Furness Vale. Subject to planning approval the scheme, which has been designed by Bowker Sadler Architects, will comprise 39 dwellings to be built on land between Buxton Road and the Manchester to Buxton railway line. It will provide an entirely affordable scheme of 2 – 3 bed family homes; 19 available on an affordable rent scheme with the remaining 20 offered as shared ownership.
