University of Liverpool Estate Masterplan and Local Plan

Providing ongoing advice to the University to help develop its Masterplan for the planned £1 billion investment over the next 20 years in its Central Liverpool Campus as well as on sites at Leahurst and Ness Gardens in Cheshire West & Chester. The process has involved extensive consultation and liaison with the City Council, Historic England, Knowledge Quarter and other stake holders, working closely with a wider team led by FCB Studios to secure internal governance prior to seeking City Council endorsement. In parallel, representations have been submitted to the emerging Local Plan to ensure the University’s investment objectives are supported in the emerging policies.
