Acting on behalf of Edgefold Homes Ltd, Manchester based P4 Planning has submitted a full planning application for an attractive residential development comprising nine new homes on the former Panflora Nurseries site in Dunham Massey, Cheshire.
The plans for the 0.44ha site have been carefully designed by architects Bowker Sadler, ensuring that the new dwellings, which replace existing workshop and storage structures, will make a positive contribution to this rural area.

Through a well-considered design drawing on the local vernacular, these plans will ensure this brownfield land is transformed into high quality, residential development which will complement its surroundings, all in accordance with planning policy.”
